Blue Sky Bank is making a big upgrade.

While this upgrade is largely happening behind-the-scenes, you will notice some improvements right away:

Customized Debit Card Alerts: Once you have logged into the upgraded online banking system, you will have the ability to customize the alerts sent to your phone regarding debit card activity. Before the upgrade, the alerts could not be customized. Following the upgrade, you can control when and why you receive debit card alerts.

Expanded Wire Transfer Capabilities: Customers with signed Wire Agreements will now be able to send foreign wires in USD. Customers will also be able to see their wire transfer confirmations and histories. Wire transfer confirmation notices will be sent by encrypted email. Please note: our wire transfer submission cut-off time will be 4:30 p.m. Central.

Positive Pay: Customers using Positive Pay will now be able to see the check images for the exception items that they need to review within Cash Management.

Online Banking Business customers will now be able to submit and approve wires and ACH batches via their mobile device.

Online Banking Business customers will now be able to enroll in mobile remote deposit services, allowing them to make deposits from their mobile device.

New Business Bill Pay: For greater control and convenience, business customers will be able to use a new, separate Business Bill Pay system tailored to their needs. It is easy to use and includes alerts, reporting, and the ability to pay businesses and people. Paired with Cash Management, this Business Bill Pay system will enable you to set up users with different access, permissions, and authority for paying bills (e.g., you can control which accounts they can pay from, which payees they can pay, and whether they can only initiate a payment or approve payments). This feature is expected to launch in January 2020.

Balances in Online and Mobile Banking: After the upgrade, any pending transactions you have will not be reflected in the running balance or the current balance on that page until they fully post to your account that night. Currently, pending transactions are included in the current balance, available balance and the running balance shown after each transaction on that screen.

One-Time Change in Assessing Service Charges: All account holders will see two different statement cycles:  one for services used between Aug. 1-16, and a second charge for services used Aug. 17-31. Please note: the timing of this one time change will vary depending on your account’s statement cycle.
